Practice Setup Assistance

$249 (one‑time)  

Includes EHR selection guidance, intake form setup, policy templates, portal configuration, and workflow design.

Provider Onboarding

$149 per provider  

Includes credentialing prep, documentation setup, payer enrollment coordination, and system onboarding.

Practice Support (Optional Add‑Ons)

• NPI setup: $50

• EHR guidance: Included with billing

• Portal setup: $50

• Benefits verification only: $5 per check

Payment Information

All payments are processed securely through Stripe.

Billing clients are charged monthly based on collections.

Credentialing fees are due at the start of the project.
